All of the Company’s technologies and products are covered by worldwide patents that are either owned directly by the Company or licensed exclusively to the Company. Advanomics’ Carbon-Difluoride chemistry and Difluoro-Etoposide™ are covered by international patent applications filed on July 23, 2003 and April 25, 2006, respectively. These patent applications are owned by L’Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Rouen (France) and are licensed exclusively on a worldwide basis to Advanomics. Advanomics’ Transcriptomics technology is covered internationally by patent applications filed on December 24, 2003. These patent applications are owned directly by Advanomics.
