We have targeted one of the most widely used anti-tumor compounds, Etoposide, for improvement by applying our molecular stabilization technology. The existing Etoposide compound that is currently in use suffers from molecular instability leading to high toxicity and reduced efficacy. In collaboration with L’Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Rouen (France), Advanomics has succeeded in rendering the molecule completely stable. Our initial preclinical results indicate that we have indeed generated a molecule that is completely stable and significantly more active than the original. In addition, our preliminary toxicity studies indicate that the new molecule is also less toxic than the original.
